  • Optional project details: game title, engine and version, target platforms, game URL, desired timeline, and any additional information you choose to share
Technical data

This website does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and does not build visitor profiles. As with any website, our server processes your IP address transiently to deliver pages and to protect the contact form against abuse (rate limiting). This technical data is not stored for analytics, not used to profile you, and not shared with advertising networks.

  • Responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of pre-contractual steps)
  • Securing the website and preventing abuse of the contact form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest)
  • Service delivery and project communication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - contract performance)
  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

4. Cookies and Third-Party Resources

This website uses only strictly-necessary cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party analytics tool or tag manager on the site. The only cookies set are essential to core functionality:

  • Anti-forgery cookie - a security cookie set when you use the contact form, to protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF)
  • Notification cookie - a temporary cookie used to show the confirmation message after you submit the contact form

These cookies are required for the site to work and do not track you across websites. Because they are strictly necessary, they do not require consent.

Fonts, styling, and scripts are served from this domain (self-hosted), so no third party receives your data for them. The home and portfolio pages, however, load game artwork directly from Steam's content delivery network, which receives your IP address as part of the standard image request:

  • Steam CDN (shared.steamstatic.com) - game artwork hosted by Steam, shown on the home and portfolio pages

5. Data Sharing and Processors

The personal data you provide is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared only with:

  • OVH SAS (email hosting, France, EU) - our email provider, which processes your inquiry so we can receive and respond to it, under a data-processing agreement
  • Public authorities, where required by law

Our email hosting is located within the European Union, and the data you submit through the contact form is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The only third-party exposure is the Steam content delivery network described in Section 4, which receives your IP address (not your form data) when loading game artwork.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing

7. Data Retention

  • Contact form data - kept for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, and afterwards for up to 3 years for documentation and legitimate interest purposes
  • Contractual data - retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 5 years)

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and restricted access to personal data.
